If you’d like to play in the 2026 Knock-Out please read the rules below and then go to the “Members Events” Page
Knockout Competition Rules

- The Knockout competition will be held over one 18-hole round.

- Each round is to be played by the Last Day of May, June, August and September respectively.

- The matches will be Matchplay off playing handicap at 100% of WHI Course handicap or Society Handicap adjusted by slope and “CR-Par”

- Remember you must have a WHS handicap or working your way towards one to enter this competition.

- The handicap allowance will be the full difference in Course Handicap between the players.

- The higher handicapped player has the choice of venue.

- The first named player is responsible for ensuring the match is completed on time.

- It is suggested that the host pays the guests green fee, and the guest buys the snacks/drinks, but you may decide on a different arrangement.

- Matches may be played at EPIC events, but this is NOT encouraged as another complication to add to the singles and better ball competitions already happening on those days, and if both parties agree.

- Gentlemen, please play off white tees, except if you’re playing at an EPIC event, and Ladies off red tees in any case.
